Content writer at Nettbureau

As a content writer for the Norwegian tech company Nettbureau, I produce a variety of different texts for the company's online brands.


Founder and editor of Emneknaggen Magasin

Fall 2015 – now

As founder and editor of Emneknaggen, I have developed a brand and a business, while writing articles and editing content written by our contributors. 2017 was spent primarily working on our first print edition, which was published early in 2018.


Office employee at Sørum Transport

As an office employee at Sørum Transport, one of Norway's most successful transportation companies, I mainly work with invoices, but also contribute with other office tasks like archiving and general organization. In addition, I often develop Excel worksheets that are used for different types of registration and statistics. This work requires knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.


Trainee at The Royal Norwegian Consulate General in New York

Aug 2016 – Des 2016

As a trainee at the Norwegian Consulate in New York, I contributed to the organization of different cultural events put on in collaboration with the Norwegian government and/or institutions in New York. I also helped organize press- and expert travels to Norway, as well programs for Norwegian politicians visiting the city. In addition, I ran the Consulate's social media accounts and developed at least one Excel worksheet that increased the efficiency of the Consulate's general routines. My contribution ranged from making coffee, to scheduling meetings via Outlook, to communicating with collaborators and actively engaging in meetings. 


Sales Employee at Shoeday (formerly known as Økonomisko)

As a part-time employee at Shoeday, I gained experience with sales and the service industry. I worked there part-time during my high school-years, and during the summer of 2013 and 2014 after I started studying in a different city in Norway.

Redaksjonsrådet meets four times a year to discuss and plan the themes and articles that will be presented to the members of Samfunnsviterne through the organization's journal Samfunnsviteren.


Member of The Culture Committee at the Student Society in Oslo

As part of the editorial staff, I helped organize debates about society, politics and culture every Wednesday. I helped plan the debates, invite panelists, and write promotion articles for our webpage. In 2017, I was also a member of The Culture Committee's Writer's Team. 


Journalist and desk editor for The Student Media in Trondheim

Jan 2013 – Jun 2014

As a culture journalist for Under Dusken, the student newspaper in Trondheim, I interviewed artists and wrote in several different genres. After a year, I became one of five desk editors, responsible for running our webpage and social media, while also editing articles and making sure everything in our office was working smoothly.
